Pizza (Pillsbury)

I heard about Pillsbury's new line quite some time before we actually found it at the store, so we were very excited to try it. As it is a refrigerated product you have to warm it up by kneading it. For Jeremy it wasn't much of an issue, but for me it took a bit longer because I have smaller hands and do not produce as much heat, the same is required for the pie crust.

Ingredients
1 container Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough
Pizza Sauce
1/3 c each Diaya Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese
Desired toppings

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400° F.

Spread dough out on a greased cookie sheet to create an 11" round pizza crust.

Bake the crust for 12-14 minutes until the edges start to brown slightly.

Add the pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes longer, until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.*

Let cool before cutting, as the cheese will cooperate better.

ENJOY!

*NOTE: We sprayed Crisco Butter spray (which is dairy free) on the edges of the crust and sprinkled it with Italian seasoning.
