Pizza (Udi's)

One of the things I have missed the most from going gluten, dairy, and egg yolk free is pizza (which has all of them). I had tried several pizza recipes in the past, but Jeremy actually surprised me with this one and it has quickly become one of my favorites.

Plain cheese pizza
Ingredients
1 Udi's Pizza Crust
Pizza Sauce
1/3 c each Mozzarella and Cheddar Diaya Cheese
Toppings of choice

Directions
Preheat the oven to 450° F.

Take pizza crust out of packaging and place on a cookie sheet. Add sauce, toppings, and cheese.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

Let cool for about 5-10 minutes before cutting, as cheese will cooperate better.
